IF YOU PLAN TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER, A PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOU TO DO SO OR THE DESIGNATED PERSON PREAPPROVED ON YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET MUST PROVIDE ID.
